That’s exactly what we wanted to create with Tiger&Chick.

From carefully sourced beans to the way we dial in each espresso, every detail matters. Whether you’re ordering a classic cappuccino, a smooth cold brew with cardamom cold foam, or something a little different like our miso espresso latte; it’s all about balance, quality, and flavour.

And yes, we’ll always take the time to make it right.

Everything Homemade, Always

If there’s one thing that defines Tiger&Chick, it’s this:
we make everything ourselves.

Our sourdough bread is baked in-house using flour from a local mill.
Our granola? Homemade.
Chia pudding? Prepared fresh with oat milk, fruits, and toppings that change with the seasons.
Cakes and pastries? Always evolving, always baked right here.

Even the little things: compotes, pickled onions, vinaigrettes - are made from scratch. Because you can taste the difference.

Food That Feels Good

We like food that feels nourishing but still exciting.

That’s why you’ll find options that are vegan, gluten-free, or simply just thoughtfully made. Our sourdough ciabatta sandwiches, for example, combine textures and flavors in a way that’s fresh but comforting. Like lentil hummus with herbs and pickled onions, or warm scrambled eggs with a twist.
